A question to vampiir players: what class do u fear in leirvik ? what class do u enjoy fighting ? really interested cause u are the onlye ones that don't get whined at that much since u are buffed since day one u created the class


and to the rest of you all , what classes / people do you fear/love to fight in leirvik ?

i for one love facing vamp's most enjoyable fights of em all to fight and ofc mooks and celione i love to fight em , and sage's chars are allway's a pleasure , those i fear most of all crush mers and paladin and bm's god dammit PAIN I TELL YA PAIN!

Depends what spec my vamp is at a given time I was Dem spec when first I roamed leirv...could easily take out 2-3 casters solo(ML2, BL)...respecced SM/VE now and I like it, coz its very versatile...with WS buff up my TD often hits for 250+ with eye shot ...on a few low resist or low lvl targets Ive done 300-350 That is without crit ofc.

I mostly fear buffed crush mercs(damn fotms! >_<)..and only really coz they have that almost anytime stun style. And DT ofc

I still need to fight ur SB berge havent been around leirv much lately....real rvr and temp making is taking up too much of my already limited time.

haven't faced any vamp's that given me much problem ( except forma <3 )

Twinked crush mercs always give a very close fight , normal outcome is /rel by me.
Friars arent a real problem - they cant take a lot of damage.
Skald/Mincer is interesting , but they usually run when their attempt to frontload doesnt shift health bar by a great margin.
Infils/Sb's - Some of the twinked ones hurt like hell (hey Berge!) - an infil even killed me once
Armsman - Only one I remember was sage's , he hit hard (polespec'd 400+ /hit ). Couldnt get a proper duel with him - we both kept getting n00b archer adds.

My real fear are decent casters , Theurg always tough to beat.
Sorc with nuker pet kill me a lot.
Warlock - massive frontload damage - if I survive that and have ip/charge up then I can kill , but only then.
BD's - running into a tower while your buffed pet beats on me , then lifetapping from the top is the usual plan for them. If its open field and I have RA's up , it can be 75% win to me -> down to 20% chance for tower humping BD's and I have no RA's up.

Think the reason melee dont give too much trouble , is noone takes purge to counter the fumble debuff.

now that was a construktive post , cheers for info well about purge hmm what to say ? rr3 ain't many points wasting on a purge1 or 2 , 2 many points disaapearing , but hey rr4 is soonish then we talking

Zerks - when they go vendo can do some sick damage to squishy leather armour - vamps only hope is fumble debuff landed + either evade or parry buff up.

Reaver - not had a decent duel with one so far , but slam + decent 1h damage sounds nasty.

Pally - never had 1 give a close fight , they cant frontload enough hurt and this gives time to get our mana built up.

Savage - hmmm not seen 1 in a while - but would imagine uber damage vs leather if they're buffed.

Think the key is frontloading the damage - if a vamp gets time to build power and use the HOT the chances of winning for nme go down rapidly.
