LOL that sounds familiar! My wizzie got a rep for soloing things in melee in Keltoi ages ago. That when I didn't take him on a suicide AoE pull of the banisher room, or an AoE pull of a full tree of grove nymphs.

I thought I could survive the grove nymphs Unfortunatly I couldn't cast the nukes fast enough once they got close.
