How exactly do I book one of the Barrys bookable servers for a clan praccy ?

The Bookables are currently open to all clans involved in the beta testing stage of our Bookable system. Once that is completed (i think some point next week) the ports will be open to all teams registered on our teamlist, although it will be limited in time each team can book.
You can register your team / clan in our membership system by simply logging on and clicking "register a team".

How do I get into the BETA test?
First: How long until the BETA test ends.
Secondly: I have registered my clan and it is on the clan list, but how do I become a member of the BETA test?
I have seen the servers that are running clan practices, and they responded with a good ping, so I want to book them!!!!!!!
