Bonus to power bonus cap

is this true?

got a shield that says Bonus to power bonus cap: 6
(like Jacinas Sash)

does that give me a % power bonus cap at 31%?
25% + 6% = 31%

or are these yanks way off ?

Theres 2 types. A bonus % to power pool which is immediately added when wearing the item.

The other is bonus to power cap which is just a straight number which just means that you can +extra power should you cap that in your template. Which as you prob guessed is a waste of time.

Hmm, well it's not working the same way on the Euro servers atm, but power cap seems to increase power pool% a little though.

I had 40% power pool from items. When I put on a necklace with 10% more power pool on, I gained 37 power per tick (from FoP). When I removed that necklace and put on one without any power pool bonus, but with 5 power cap on, I got 38 power per tick.

got +44 pow points, +44% pow pool, +100int, +25 int cap and +19 pow cap on my chanter, as far as I tested got around 600+ pow points on my old SCed stuff and now got around 1000+ pow points.
