Just wanna hear you experienced BD's out there give the advice;

What spec is best for RvR

What spec is best for PvE

Many have told me that the best way for PvE is to put everything into suppression until you get mini dings in the 40's. How is this effective with no nuking power whatsoever yourself?

Anyways, advice appreciated.

other than an insta, 4sec recast, 80% return lifedrain that is
(and base dd in dark + base dot in bone army thing)
