Bone retiring from DAoC...

I dont know if any of you lot are interested but you might not have seen Bone around for a while. Ive had a few people ask who know my alts buts thats it. Well ive retired Bone and giving some serious thought about leaving daoc altogether ( but that is a last resort ). The thing is i dont know if ive specced him wrong or there is a problem with blademasters but i suck in rvr. Im always the first person to die so lose out on the rps the rest of my group gets. Now i thought blademasters were tanks, so in theory i should be able to tank tanks ( if you get my drift ) well i dont get how i hit a alb pike armsman for about 2x 50 hps ( dual weild ) then he hits me back for 300+ hps ???. Now this seems a bit wrong to me. My weapons are 16.2 dps 3 spd sure i can hit him quick but its nothing compared to the damage this guy was doing to me. So ...... ive retired Bone and concentrating on alts. My alts are Rayden , Rufuss & Psion if anyone wishes to chat to me sometime. Anyway thats the reason Bone hasnt been around lately.... its been great fun leveling with all you guys especially the Sacred Nut guys ( NUTTERS ) Maybe i'll get one of my alts up to near lvl 50 and see some rvr action sometime but for now ... its back to the low level xp grounds ( brings back great memories ) .... see ya all..... Dont give up Bone. We love you at the Nutts cause youve Been there from the start so dont goooooooooooo......

I can understand where you are coming from with Bone, maybe you die so quick casue you cant wear Sacle armour etc etc ...

If you want to get more RP's in Rvr the other Bladmasters I know dont concentrate on One Target they run around Hitting as amany targets as they can not concentrateing on one. They seems to live longer then and maybe get more RPS's cause they hit for targets... Perhaps this aint the best plan but it keeps them happy ;0)

From an XP point of View BladeMasters are invaluable, Our main Tank Rokkenbom (CS Hero Who You Well Know Bone ;0) ) sometimes has getting his taunts in unless we have a blademaster there cutting the Mob Up! Seems the blademasters allow him to get the Taunts in, dont know why, but we all decided that the Blademasters are real important Team Players!!

But Hey Bone its your char and if you have more fun Nukeing The Enemy With Rayden in the GBs, then Hey m8 its all about fun ;0)

Just so you know, You will be Well Missed By The Nutts M8!!

Bone dont give up mate, ask Lothandar about his specc. He is a BM too, he is having fun in rvsr, and if he is bored he plays that he is a ranger and start shooting mobs near ligen. A few shadowblades died after attacking the ranger looking blademaster
Dont forget, respecc coming and Bluntmasters can do some dmg nice to platemail guys

Talivar on Excalibur, apart from being a rather nice chap, has 516,529 RPs, is currently 66th overall on our server, and isn't even level 50 yet (now 48). Blademaster is a tough class to play, anyone who has played Hib knows that, but it can be done, and it can be fun too. Don't get too discouraged.

Have to agree with mare on all points, Bone. It's supposedly about fun, the nutters will be sad to....not see you again...
