bone-eater oracle?

Anyone know where i find these in the frontier?
They are casters and goes down easy(lvl 38-41).

for a lvl 39 SB they should be a perfect target..

Head to the Yggdra Relic Keep. Once at the base of the hill facing the gates turn NW and keep on going, up on top of the large hill close to some Shard Golems (a little to the right of their spawn I think) you will find the oracle camp.

Sorry my directions are a little vague, havent been there for ages.

There is a camp of something similiar - one in the woods by jamdtland mountains (rough loc about 20,30) and another on the yggdra<> jamdtland border (rough loc about 30,10)

Something like that anyways. They swarm a bit though

you are going to have a VERY tough time xping there at level 39, they will all con high orange, baf if you get heals or teamwork, and they will be hard to ambush, because they are close together, and aggro

sorry bud i used to use them as a pet when i went to yggdra killing ...they BAF in 3's

Also i think they were yellow or orange to 39

Bone Eater Oracles are great for taking down with ranged attacks, ie Hunters, or a Warrior with throwing axes for pulling but nasty if you're a SB.

I would suggest Spindels in Spindelhalla for the level range you are talking about. From the main thrall room, head towards the crabs, but instead of turning right (to go to the crabs) turn left, then left again at the next junction. They don't baf, don't call for help, they're neutral and have no faction, and should be a doddle for a SB

The Camp of Bone-Eater ORACLES is around 15k - 20k in Yggdra. There are other Bone-Eaters in Yggdra, but they are tanks and considerably harder to kill. My preferred route to them was the road to Avakar and from the first crossroads south of Avakar just head W. Some nice maps (including the Oracle camp) can be found at:

I haven't been there post 1.49 patch, but I have soloed them for days in patch 1.48 - and they NEVER baffed at that time. Problem: I think you must be able to pull from range. Too many óf them around and you will probably get into the aggro-range of more then one if you run straight up to them.

As they are casters (medium tough DOT) they are fairly easy to kill: my Skald was able to kill the con orange Oracles with minimal risk. I think they should start to con yellow at 39.

Note: This is a favorite spot for Runies and especially Hunter, so it's camped quite often. Exp and Money-drops are great though.
