i would say spirit and us jade sim, but if u got acces to buffs is matter fastest

Spirit - but never, ever, under any circumstances, use jade.

Sapphire is the best sim in every respect for pve levelling (most damage, most survivability, lowest need to heal).

Matter is good for 40+ if you have a buffbot to help kill goblins.
