BM SC Template - some help plz

Using "common" itamz and whatnot (I don't actually know just how common these things are.) Could someone tell me if there's some way I can tweak this to get capped resists or any items that should be replaced, or even which ones are rare as hell to get?

sounds nice so far in my n00bish eyes.

even i would swap one of the bracers for the quested ixthiar bracer of strength.
in personal i think about keeping the epic helm and sleeves so far.
all 3 mentioned pieces good sweet util values, the 2 epic armor pieces are not that easy to reproduce with SC, even less with 99%OCs

Just got up and tried that quested bracer and tweaked about a few things and came up with this (OMFG IT ROXX) got to the end and didn't know what to do with the last slot on one of my weapons, so I just dumped everything left into quickness but couldn't come up with anything that wouldn't go over the 5 point oc limit =(

Thanks Storm, only planning to get 99% suit though, but just saw the uber resist necklace and managed to squeeze some better stats out of my template =)
