200 hits is really not enough.
You need at least +11 CD, +11 weap is good too but someone doesn't think it's a must.
Your melee bonuses suck bigtime.
Your weaps isnt any use at all, get CW/Malice or such.
Shawl is waste of cash for such a template. Might want to get SoM instead but it isn't a must.
