I'm beginning to hate everything about BlueYonder. Their servers are always fucking up and randomly blocking off net connection, and there seems to be a new form of 'technical error' every week. Just now I got prompted for a password when checking my mail through OE (none of which I tried got accepted) ...they blamed that on a server error too, bizarrely.

And the forums? Don't get me started... do they seem to think the online world is populated mainly by 8-year-olds or something?

I didn't think about it in that way - I suppose its just about respect.

Nobody gives a shit if anyone swears on this forum - thats because we know that nobody (well... kinda) is going to abuse the system.

I also think that the rules on BY are made by power hungry moderators/admins on a power trip from thier otherwise meaningless, pathetic lives

I think you'll find that they're trying to take the responsible parent position, another words they don't believe in swearing even though every one knows the words.....much like your Mum and Dad prefer you not to swear

I'm getting the same prob xenon, it keeps asking for my login goddammit, everything else working fine, when this thigng does work it's fine, but most of the time you can't get onthe damn net, pings when working are always in the low 20's sometimes 10 but it's usually down

Heheh, BY do make me chuckle, especially when my cable modem resets for no apparent reason :/

Still the quit message thing is a bit harsh, although some quit messages I have seen are very very innaporpriate. However it is their channel and they can govern it how they wish.

Any other BY users still have this problem? (36 hours my arse) O.E. prompts for a username and password and won't accept anything I enter. I can remember my password, and I'm presuming the username is 'user', where address is user@blueyonder.co.uk. If that's not the case I'd be grateful if someone could shed light... fucking BY :/
