Think svartalfs drop both of those. The camp before drakulvs in malmo (the camp with a few tents and huts). We got three different staff drops there. Those went to the RM and SM we had in the group so I haven't got them =) But go there and hunt and you will surely get them (we din't spend a whole lot of time there before they droped)

I got mine from the svart camp in between the 2 hills. Droped after about 45min killing them
