Bloody MSN!!!

Well, I have got myself into a little bit of a pickle with my computer. I wanted to fraps a few fights for Thidranki meh, I know Daoc bleh bleh, and I didn't want to pay for the normal one, so I went to get the cracked version. Now I realise this was a really bad idea, because now I have two Trojans. And what makes it even worse is that I have Nortons Anti Virus. Anywho, I then tried to log on to MSN to talk to some people of course, and it came up with that Service is Unavaliable or something like that. So what I did is I took MSN off of my computer and re-instaleld it again, I then made a new password so I pretty much started from scratch. And now when I am trying to get on to MSN it is just going onto the two people spinning around with the "signing in" around the top of it. It goes on here for about a split second and then tells me to press sign in again. It doesn't even say anything, all it does is it just goes back to normal, I have been trying all day for it to be working but I can not get on?
Is this a problem with my computer or are other people getting problems the same as mine?

Well, I'm not 100% sure, because I tried 3 times, and I haven't had it pop up saying WoW WARNING!!! for about 2 hours now so I am guessing this is a good sign.

Had this problem at work today, evidently some common thing, might be the same.

You need to go to the explorer(yess, it's a microsoft problem, so have to use explorer even if you don't use it).
Then go to internet options.
Then, umm, well, it had something to do with server/connections etc....i don't have the problem on this computer so can't "check" from cold memory.
