Anyone else downloaded and played it?

Its pretty sweet.

For those who dont know, Bloodrayne is a vampire working for the US government.

She's sent in to deal with all the hardest missions etc.

Anyway, to regain health, you have to blood suck people :-]

This means jumping onto em, in a sexeh pose, and sucking their blood.

The best bit is, you can rotate when your on the person, so their back is facing all the incoming bullets :-]

You can also go slowmo - max payne style, but dependant on how much blood you've got stocked up.

Its a cool game :-]

Its ok, demo is a bit crap cos a) one level b) cant change controls, however it doesnt lie about just going round killing shit, which is unusual for a FPS style game.

Bloodrayne is one of the best demos i have downloaded, its got blood, guts, bullet time and guns. Yes it is only one level but so is the Splinter Cell demo and that is amazing too

Have to say I'm not that keen on the BloodRayne demo, it just seems like it's run up to enemy, suck blood, repeat. Plus the framerate is pretty crap on a 1.7 GHz w/GF4Ti.

Splinter Cell, however....

Splinter Cell is yet another average Tom Clancy affair. Nothing special and decidedly boring.

Bloodrayne is good. A little frustrating, but there's enough special moves and combinations there to reward the persistent gamer.

DL'd that Bloodrayne, it's great apart from the gratuitous 'sexily' dressed female. WHY NOT JUST DRESS HER ALL IN BLACK, IN AN OUTFIT THAT'D SLIGHTLY BLEND IN STUPID GAMES APPEALING TO 15 YEAR OLD BOYS.

Still apart from that it's really good fun.

Press your "Interaction" key when you are near em, the guy on the second floor who runs outside is a perfect practice...

Might try and get the 2 guys on the 3rd floor with the trick tho soon....

edit. just played bloodrayne.. man, that game rocks.

It's rediculously violent, and gruesome and not afraid to admit it. A bit like oni only with more decapitations.
