use english client is the best you can do. Just get used to the german, very easy to understand the stats/ressist ect, and half the combat text is in english anyway... lazy goa.

Well actually, the reists and stats are in english in the client, so when checking items etc, you can just cross check it with your stats window (which is in english) and youll be able to easily translate which resists is called what and what stat is called what...

Same goes for the merchant, the search criteria is in english so just search for what specific you want and you know which one it is on the items you get.

The only thing that can be abit tricky are the artifacts and scrolls but this link helps with that...
