Anybody else having problems renewing his account? I've tried 3 different Credit Cards (1 of them was used to renew my account ((successfully)) before) and all of them were refused. So Bleh

Amazing ain't it. If its a money issue, GOA to the rescue xD. Well I got an email in 5 minutes telling me that Customer Support is *cough* "Customer support has received your incident and will respond to your request as soon as possible."

you can always check your previous payments, if those arent visable, but money was substracted by GOA, you can either mail GOA urself, or sue em.

I had the same problem.
Turns out (after much emailage) they had my ip address flagged as a russian ip address and just blocked it all transactions coming through it.
Which of course sucks. Bearing in mind it's a fixed ip address with a UK ISP.
The only way I got it to work was logging onto the site at work and subbing...
