i made meself an RCrunie, and i enjoy it a lot, really had loads fun and still have but, IMO its a rvr char, on a regular server u can get more use of ur debuffs/gtae, on pvp its all about CC and DD, thats why am holding on lvl40, (5 days holding it atm :/) doubtfull prolly respeccing to darkness altho i enjoy MUCH more the RC line. It just does not suit pvp while darkness DD power does.
Problem with darkrunies is u _ONLY_ get a good DD as reward on 47spec lvls, actually i would have rolled an air theurgist or a body sorc instead :/ mb sum day in future goa dares to open a 3rd rvr english server so i can roll to 50 an RC/sup runie which IMO is a v.cool char and best of runnies specs.
Just my thoughts.

Depends on how you're going to play. I do not much about runemasters, but I play a mana eld on pryd.
The things you get would be handy on PvP.
PBAE...run in a group and gank peope, that's what people with PBAE seem to do. Oh.. and you level faster in a good group
Snare DD - I can see how this would be very handy in PvP. Kite the bastard...
Str/Con debuff can get harsh especially as the AE and single target one stack, can occasionally work as a root, thoguh there won't be that many people lugging rams about on Camlann
AE DD + attack Spd debuff... Might be handy if you group with a Warden or other PBTer, i never used it much though as it breaks mezzes

if you have any idea of soloing in pvp as a mage you need self speed, so that makes the choice for you.

I Asked this on the US forums just before the PvP server opened. Then they came up with, and most agreed on that they didn't stack.
Anyone here who can confirm if they stack or not?

Well they stack on Prydwen, so I should think they stack here too
