I didn't use any hard/expensive items so this template is accessible for anyone who puts in a little work.
The Belt of the Zephyr I use has 100% the same stats as Belt of Thunder, so you can choose wich is cheapest.

As long as spec + skill = 50 my damage is maxed when I use LA styles..
+11 Hammer is only needed if using hammer styles, wich I only use when bashing doors with bruiser and detaunting mobs. Unless this has changed?
