Bled in Odins... Sunday Evening

Jesus.... What was it, "we all hate Bled" night?

First off the call went out that Blendrake was under attack, and our small group headed there to help defend... an defend against the albs we didl, for two or three attacks. Then it went very quiet...

Suddenly there were messages in alliance chat... Bled was under attack... Fearing those Ewul Albs were trying to take it, we set off at a lumber...

When we got there, turns out it was Hibbies, and the dirty fiends had made it to our Lord's room...

Well, We'll see about THAT...

We charged in, dropping all the unfortunates left in the courtyard, got to the lords room, and mopped up the mess the Lord had left :)

Then ensued possibly the longest siege I've ever been part of... with 1.5 FG's trapped inside the keep, and unknown numbers on the outside (guesses were between 3 and 4 fg's but that could have been exagerated...)

by the end of the siege (when 4 fg's of middies turned up) I think I'd spent more time sitting to get power to rez, than anything else... and poor old Aerran spent the whole time repairing doors... 2 hours of repairs :)... his highlight being when he managed to repair the outer doors, leaving some people trapped between the two...

/bow to both hibbie and Alb, was decent fights, and I'm told Alb even came to help by wiping the hibs at one stage, the hibs then returned the favor.

There were more Repairers than just Aerran but he did seem to be the one there for the most time, i guess the others went and had some fun rather than look at the door for hours :)

Nice work mids was a fun evening
Better luck next time Hibs and albs

Hehe nice holding out, HH was having an guild event in Alb land , but having the relic's had turned em into freenzied Ostards , so even a lil remote keep , suddenly pop'd like 5-6fg's off log'd out peopel, as it was to be a nice lil picnic , with about 20 peopel on our side , we decide to go to a less crouded area.. Odin's. When peopel started to get intel from there it seem'd it was not the quiete spot for our home made lunch we had hoped it would be, we first had to mob up quite a large amount of free loading " hippies " ??? I think it was..When the mobbbing was over , there where some cheering from the peopel allready manning the Barbecue inside.. wether it was for bringing some very nice pieces of steak for the barbecue , or for removing the free loading hibbies I can not say ;)

As a Hib on the outside despite being on the losing side that was the most fun I've had in a long long time, well played to the Mids, nothing more fun than hit and miss arrow exchanges at a keep with Hunters in a them or you type situation ;)

Xest.
