Blank screen after login!!

after loggin in my password n login the loading screen comes up but its just a black picture an i can hear music i can guess where the play button is and get on a character but still black screen..... any ideas how to solve this.

power on monitor!!!


seriously - check your gfx drivers are the lastest and also re-install lastest version of directx.

Also do you have an older client (assuming your running cata/dr now) like toa/si you can test with? May be a client issue. Do other games run ok?

Only other thing i can think of is that you have changed your ingame video resolution and your monitor cant handle it. So start game into char select screen and check options.

Ok.

So you enter password and the DOAC spash screen comes on.

The one which tells you that its connecting, version no.

Is it the next screen that is blank ( The one where it shows a picture from in the game .. Normally dependant on the zone you are logging into) ?
