thinking of getting this for uncovering several stealthers at once among other things

anyone know its details? (dmg/range/duration etc) i had a look about other DAOC sites and not much info was to be had about it

damage = 150-200 at 0 range
range = 350 (sucks)
duration = ??? it's an insta PBAE DD
