it can be as uber rare as it wants, but the 5 dexcap is not useful for tanks. belts like plaited hair of malamis, corrupt cincture of Terkari, and even belt of the brute beat this belt imo.

~10-15p maybe for people who have a use for it.

That is totally up to if it fits really, otherwise you could explain why Sililias Necklace with the same capincreases is one of the most expensive necklaces.

Edit: Not to mention that with the new inc determination, I wouldnt be surprised if quite a few savages become active again, and for a savage the belt is pretty uber.

I assume that is because as a necklace, in most templates "Beaded Resisting Stones" are used. And as an option, 4x 7% resist and 2 cap increases is quite valid cause unlike the belt slot, there are not as many alternatives.

I guess you're right saying it depends on whether it fits or not, but then again I think I'd still prefer Plaited Hair of Malamis, Belt of the Brute or whatever.

If there's someone who thinks that he absolutely needs this belt in his template, then he might pay 40 plats or something for it, but I still think that the vast majority of the savages or whoever becomes active again already have set templates and won't feel the need to redo the whole thing just because of a 5str/5dex cap belt.
