Considering the actual "performance" of instruments isn't all that important, and that weapon dyes are still quite rare (and black is even harder to get, if even possible?), id say items like this would definitely be worth a fair bit to the fashion victims among us.

Instrument quality is important Giv a lvl 50 bard grey con instruments and ask him to twist etc, and he wont be able to.

the black lute dropped on 1 of my raids, can't remember who got it though.

I've got the black drum 2 :E and I use it all the time but only cus its black dosn't fit my sc temp and its a bit shite with +music (as are most galla naturist items, some1 tell mythic +music, reg, nurt, etc are all useless or bottom of the list...)

Black dye equal all the amount of money in this case. +18 Cha = baaaaaaaaaaaaaad on instrument, wouldnt use it in rvr if i even had a uber capped SC with this one in. +Hits aint good either for the same reason. affects p00ls.

I would love to have it tho, but rather raid queen for it
