Bill Murray is to play the voice of Garfield in the upcoming movie.

Lorenzo Music, a voice actor, voiced both Garfield in the animated "Garfield and Friends" and Peter Venkman in "The Real Ghostbusters" cartoon.

Weird huh?

Also just found out that J. Michael Strazinski (sp?) scripted The Real Ghostbusters!

Interesting, I do believe the Garfield cartoons are absolute crap though, they just aren't funny or even midly amusing imo.

That would explain why I always though it was Bill Murray doing Garfield's voice on the cartoons.
