As i aproach my level 50 i need to start thinking about my spell crafted armour. I will be

CELT
Nurture 48
Blades 29
Regrowth 33.
rest in parry

Im getting a decent bow for when i heal so i can throw some arrows in while i heal & i thought ill lump +11 regrowth & a load of dex on this.

Thing is im really not sure what else to go for. I thought id take +11 in blades & +11 in parry.

Im looking to increase my damage with my sword so i guess ill need to cap DEX. Maybe cap Con as well (maybe emp too). But what about resists & other fields.?

Before i start to ramble too much about things im not 100% sure of can anyone offer me some advice?

nurture 49 is a must for being successful in rvr, you should cap all your primary, secondary, tertiary stats, such as str, con, dex, emp, whatever. Forget parry, blades is fine at 18ish.

imo

Ok thanks. Just two questions. What will strength add for me? Could i make up my lost resist buff with spell crafting?

strength = weapon damage (assuming you're blades or blunt specced, pierce users use dex/str).
The resist buff stacks with SC, get 49 nurt.

cap all magic resists, i'd suggest all melee resists too although you may not need it as much as other classes coz of your pbt

then cap con, hits, dex, str

about skills.. no idea really

btw i'd also suggest putting more into regrowth.. wardens do low damage no matter what.. but play how you like, I just think you'll feel more useful as a healer/pbt than a melee/pbt

str is for your overall survivalability ( did i spell that right) its like how much wood u can carry, how much dmg you do, and you can compete in your guild chat about who got most str (very important end game imo).

you should get as high resist as possible, no matter what resists are so important in this game you cant believe it. anyways forget battle warden or whatever, its just hoax and give mythic something more to add to write about the classes in the manual.

49 nurture, high regrowth and you will be a warden every group will want. People say im a noob but believe me on this one lol

Ah for some reason i though Blades was all Dex. DOH!

Not taking regrwoth higher as i will have +11 on my bow when im healing which will give me 44 regrowth. I was hoping with +11 on blades (40) & capped str & dex it will help me take down some casters a bit quicker.

Can someone point me in the direction of a decent SC site that will let me play around a bit?

Also what magic resists are essential.

2. Cold (mids and ice wizzies)
3. Energy (sorc mez)
4. Matter (dots, nasssty we hates them!)
5. Spirit (theurg nukes, sm pbae)
6. Heat (damage - fire wizzies)

This isn't possible, I'm afraid! :( The highest skill+ gem is +10, but the highest USEABLE skill gem is +8. The reason is imbue.

For a skill+ gem, the imbue points cost is 5x (bonus-1), so a +8 stone would require 35 imbue points. Conversly, a +10 stone would cost 45pts. This would be halved to 22pts if you had a higher cost gem (since the total cost is set by the following eqn:

imbue value = ((highest cost gemX2) + gem2 cost + gem3 cost + gem4 cost)/2

but there's no gems that would cost more than 45pts, and this would still exceed item capacity.

A level 51 (ie af102 scale) mp item has 32 imbue capacity, which can be overcharged by a maximum of 5 pts, giving 37 as the maximum imbue capacity, hence +8 is the highest bonus to a single skill you are allowed on a single item.

Also, you can only put a bonus on an item once, so you can't use 3x +3 stones (10pts first +5 pts second 2) and one +2 gem (2 pts cost)

So you might want regrowth on your armout as well!

So i found out, +6 on it for now.

Don't forget that Body will also protect against most assassin poisons, and added bonus!
