BIOS tweaks

Not changed anything in my bios, as I have no idea what most of it means except for my FSB, so any tweaks would be greatly appreciated.

My mobo is an EPOX 4BDA2+ RAID, ta!

Most modern BIOS have a "failsafe default" setting and an "optimum default" setting, you can try the latter but check all the settings again for any obvious errors.
