BIOS Splash screen

I know howto replace the BIOS Splash Screen with a picture of my own on an Intel Motherboard with an AMI BIOS. What I want is a program that will extract the current image for me. Anyone know of anything that can ocomplish this?

Why do you want the current image?

Because it's an image that another guy created and he no longer works with me. If I pull the current image off then we can use that for a new batch of PCs. If I can't I have to redo the image from scratch. Something I really don't want to do.
