Before flinging the cumpulsory allogations around let me point out Duane was my GM and thus i have in the past had respect for what he said and his decisions.
Today i was camping white lights, as many necros do to try and gain my minstrel another lvl before heading back to avalon (hard to get groups there) so i turn up and pull happily for over an hour. Naturally pulling a camp u get lazy and 2 reds happened to wipe me at which point i released and began the treck back only to find Duane had pitched up and started pulling 'my' camp. (My minstrel was still there who i was levelling, he just cant reliably solo them so had to wait for necro)
Now i know camp stealing isnt against CC, or against the law etc but its generally polite that if someone is already at a defined camp of mobs which can be pulled consistantly to an extent the camp is wiped then that camp is theirs and you should move on.
Its a good place to farm money, gain items and level a lower character all at once, and having been the 1st necro to lvl there i have seen it get more popular with fellow necros over time but generally people are polite and respect one another.
Why then did you feel the need to not only refuse to move but to carry on pulling in competition with me? I know it isnt my camp and i know hes within his rights but it was rude and petty, especially since i did say i was logging in an hour and he was welcome to the camp then.
My Necro has over time gained nearly 6 bubs at 50 and a fair whack of cash there and this is the 1st bad experience i have had, notably with someone who i have given advice to during the XP grind when you were lower levels. Its a shame it has to come to posting here but on the other hand id like to have shared opinions on what others think about camp stealing etc
