bind weapons

nother noob question, im havin trouble switching between primary and secondary weapons. in q3 i have keys bound for each weapon, can i bind a couple of keys to primary and secondary weapons and if so how?

Read this guide.

I know there is a script for it, cos I have 'Q' bound to a Quick pistol draw, but I cant show the script atm, Im at work.

You also need "hud_fastswitch 1" (without the " ")

This enables you to draw your secondary instantly (key 2 by default I think)

Just bind the keys you want it the keys menu, in addition to slot 1 and 2, or even 3, 4, and 5 if it takes your fancy. And fastswitch needs does, as was said above.

Should sort you out.. some people play with fastswitch 0 and seem to draw just as fast (if not faster) but my brain doent tell my fingers quick enough if I play that way

You have all your quick draw keys on x then? Strange person.
