bind recall stone!

i read somewhere that we can/could get a quest that gives us a stone with which we can /use and it ports us back to our house bind? is this true and if so where is the NPC to start the quest?

It's true and you can get quest at throneroom, don't remember name of Quest NPC.

But the stone can't be used in RvR.

ye ive done the quest. u get 3 stones at the end (bind recall / personal house & guild house recall stone). Quest starts in the throneroom, when u walk up to the lord he's at ur left side, in the corner. He should tell u a little story about someone who was working on a secret teleportation... or something like that
