Change the email address for that account, then request password for the other?

Are they combined at all or are they two completely separate accounts?

Goa just have a shit outdated payment and subscription system, sont expectthem to jump and solve your problem, as they dont want your money, unless its a reaccurring sub.

You will be able toplay the game again after 3 auto generated rightnow replies.

if its sonner than that someone in GOA is doing something wrong, because you havent obviously waited long enough.
