Honestly? They had to suspend their subscribtion system. Instead of locking out people for a week or more, they had the option to give you some free subs before doing this to cover this time. They wouldn't lose much, but you would be able to play, and be happy.

This incident where they suspended payment, but still haven't made sure your account don't expire, is another big problem from GOA, another big downtime that can hurt the community.

And another reason to avoid their servers.

This is a problem. I am not sure how this will work in your case, but if they charged your card and won't give you any access to the game, I am unsure if they subs system when repopened will add the days for the payment done now...

account reopened today 21 st

time to play is from 21 aug - 20 sept which is still 1 month ?

gave me the month but still took em 2 days where i could`nt login

What happens if my house which have every midgard trophy in it gets destroyed due to rent because i couldn't renew subscription?

And what i know is a billing system which works for 5 years cannot be down due to code bugs, they must have modifed something, don't they keep backups? Oh yes, remember Prydwen database failure..
