Billing Problems yet again..

Can't get access to GoA crap billing system..

Done it to me last month again, you enter login and password for your Sub..

Click next, then the page just refreshes, I asked Rightnow last month, they just told me a load of things i had already tryed...

I even asked a friend to try for me, and he can't access it.
