Bike work tax stuff

I thought it worth mentioning these schemes, which appear to offer incentives to employers to invest in cycles for their employees. A good idea perhaps for reducing the number of short journies taken, and cutting congestion (and increasing fitness)?

Tom? Wha... what's going on? I thought you were a hardcore car nut? A verified and certified "car person" (& lobbyist/advocate). I thought you'd drive to your garage to get your bike. Or at least you'd be combining the two and pedaling the bike in the car whilst driving. Or have the car door open and riding the bike side saddle whilst operating the cars pedals & gears with a complicated makeshift array of poles and pullies (I know you car-types, you're cunning).


...unless...it's a ploy to get other drivers off your roads! Ah HAH!!!! Caught! Another mystery solved in no time.

Erm no mate, I've always been a cyclist. I love it. I just love cars as well, the two aren't mutually exclusive pursuits you know - we all share the roads
