B2 got his barges... I mean shoes from one of those catalogues out of the Times or Telegraph newspaper, forgot which one (smart work shoes) and got his everyday boots from a store called Trek and Field.

Failing that take to cutting your toenails with a cheesegrater that'll take you down a few sizes.

If you specifically want fashion shoes.... Beats me. I'm walking on army boots though about all the time, and they come in a large variety of sizes. Can buy new ones at the local army dump store in the Netherlands, or its web variety. There's probably something like that in the UK aswell.

There's a shop on the net for shorter folks who want height adjusters in their shoes. Just checked it out. You can add 5 inches of height...lol would make me 7ft tall rofl

Theres a store called High and Mighty where I get mine as I'm size 14, they have them in most cities and have an online shop too.
