I usually reside on the excalibur server but as Im very proud :) of my latest work I chose to spam prydwen hibernia forum with the big hero guide that ive at long last have finished.

Ive got inspiration by the guides out there so if you recognize some things its because ive stolen them :)

Ive made sure Ive added all my inspiration in the thanks section though.

Must also thank Tank as ive bugged him a lot with questions and he has been very helpful!! YOU are my hero Tank!

Well, here is the Bedroc Talkalots Hero guide

Please let me know what you think!

Good Job Bedroc

Hail Bedroc

You did a very nice job here, covering all a hero (and all other tanks) needs to know.
Thank you for your work.

You serious about going to pierce? I thought blades were always the choice.

Thank you Merino. It warms my heart :)

Trish, the weapon choice isnt VERY crucial. Blades are fast as well. They only base their damage on str though and a celts str isnt that great to begin with. Further youll get more bonuses with pierceing weapons than with blades especially for Invader chainmail. The piercers are also a bit faster than blades that is important when y ou taunt.

Go with what you feel best for you. Id go piercers with a Celt.

I would like to add that I might have gone a bit to pro-pierce in the guide. I might have done this as pierce is a very very unusual choice for a tank. I have to check so I got the balance right. You can do ok with any 1Hander. I do think pierce is best and blunt is the worst for a celt hero though. Just dont want anyone to think that pierce is the only thing and all else is crap, cause it aint.

Tank Guide

Nice work Bedroc :),

good to see people taking the time to do stuff like this.

Was thinking it might be nice to have a section in the guide which lists the best drops / crafted items that might be desired for each playing style, just an idea anyway..

:)..

Thank you Gobles.

I have a tiny part with drop info, but only for UBER drops.

Perhaps I could list the areas that usually drop nice scale.. Do you have any ideas on what areas to include?

Dullahans in Innis for sure. CM also have fair drops.

Erm just curiouse as to your thoughts to parry, Ive been testing with my Hero and it seems to me that parry reduces blocking? I have not been able to find anything about this, just wondering your thoughts

Also do you really think Shield/blade hero´s are too weak rvr?

All seemed good but I must disagree with that!
