BiG Problem!

I did a mightly retarded thing that I could use some help with

Was catching up on my chanters epics and I dropped an item ("collar") needed to actually do the epic, thinking it was drop loot from killing mobs waiting for spawn..

I wondered if anybody has done the same thing at some point or knows how to resolve the problem..

Cant remember my pw for it, and when i put my e-mail in to have password sent to me it dosnt work either...

But i did e-mail them @ the addy on the rightnow webby, but no response as ov yet (prolly summink to do with x-mas)

Anyways im in no big rush to finish the epics, just when 50 comes around id like to be able to get my epic armour

afaik your username is the same as you login to the game... unless there are more than one person with same name..

and your password is the same as used for logging into the game..

Well, one stupid thing about the rightnow password is that's the first password you got when you started playing...
So if you've gotten yourself a new password for the game, the old password is still needed for the rightnow thing

Did the same thing (what a gimp) was my lvl 45 epic I think. Well I contacted Rightnow and 2 days later problem solved.
