Best Way to report a cheat

As the topic says really. Blaying CS tonight on BW when it was blindingly obvious that a player was using the wall hack. (He admitted it).

It seems the player's name has cropped up on this board a number of times.

So whats the best thing to do ?

Do you need demo, log wonid etc ? Or do you just pop into IRC and ask for an admin ?
