Best turn in for reforming energies

Saving for my haloween helm and doppel on mid atm and i just farmed 30 reforming energy's there and was wondering should i sell them in housing or turn them in for a specific item or maybe try and get some nice rogs.

Any suggestions ? Have like 120 rogs to salvage too

Trying to farm afrits myself as I'm getting rather low on plats! No luck so far from the energies, but managed to get a ring from the afrits themselves.

Just spent like 3h salvaging as i couldnt sleep (thanks anders lulz) and i think i like halfway to my dopple/haloween help and sc now

Dunno if i could stomach 30+ more energies 2moro tho

will try traldor/ml7 boss for the healer ring and sililia maybe

Saru paid 25p the last day for a ring of the heavens so i will have to check market on that too

Depends what u do, But if u find a market id go for 1 or 2 ring of the heavens since they xpensive in mid and Cyrex drops so many items is not easy to get, but best return for afrits as ive found it is zahur or talos since u get zahurs club or alotta shite from talos , but costs alotta energies
