You could exp Scorp ring on summoned scorpions in ML5 dung and switch to EoY exp while waiting for repop.
But most ppl cba to exp the ring cos it takes lotsa efforts to get it to a necessary lvl.

GSV - scarabs in Stygia / bugs in TR
Cyclop shield - giants in alb frontire should be ok

I've got STR, its easier to solo orange con scorpions than it is to do it in Necro. The only problem is it still takes a stone age, i've logged out in screaming frustration at how slowly mine lvling and its onlyl lvl2 (I need 7 for my SC 
)
Tbh your probably better off XPing it in RvR if you really need the Heal/buff bonuses that badly.

For GSV go to Typhons, do lava bugs, oj-red and sometimes baf so dont grp with ya BB. The ones in Stygia are random spawn, and youll be kept too busy with agro from everything else to do any decent exping. (1 yellow scarab = 0.5% so thats 2000 ya gotta do!).

Hoary worms in the Pennines is good for Malice xp as well - you don't get any guard patrols running through there and its not on the main route up to HW so its fairly quiet, although you get to kill the odd Alb thats xping there
If you get Berks or Surs claimed as well you get a nice outpost bonus (20%) as well as a 3 or 4% bonus to damage and all realm points earned.
