Best NS setup ?

Reasonably new to the game, I have a lvl 35 Eldritch spec'd in mana. Getting bored of him now, finding it hard to get a group

So ive started a Female Luri NS called Bugger (Lugs)
I know how hard it is going to get a group with NS, so I know it will be hard to lvl, but also will be fun for RvR when I get there

atm shes only lvl 3 and ive not used any spec points yet, as I dont have a clue on what to spec in, im gonna use her solely for RvR.
So if you have any suggestions, they would be much appreciated, thx

Oh I used my 30 points on 10 Dex, 10 Quick, 10 Str..

Critical Strike

only spend on these things. Dual wield piercing weps, dont bother with a shield.
