What are most mobs in DF vulnerable to: spirit, heat, cold, or matter?

Especially hulks

Most DF mobs weak to cold, infact i am pretty sure all are.I know for sure hulks/spiders are weak to cold from my ice wizard.

Nope, sadly it doesn't Clicky Link - Don't seem to be any Warrior items which have a +demon bonus, but in all honesty I didn't look very hard so thats not to say there arn't any.

i think there was a 2h sword from 1.1 encounter that had +dmg vs demons. not sure, was a long time since i saw it.

Sun weapons for DF / Trollheim.
Try them on hulks, you will be amased about damage after proc fires. (As sb, procs fast and often for me).
If you want will post some SS from next farming.

Does it give a + on every df mob you hit or near every one?

Im a darkrunie, ive never met a mob in df that gives -damage versus cold.
Typically its a give or take 10% bonus when hitting stuff. Perhaps theres a better damage type but cold is really nice.

Sun weaps are best for farming in DF. You get +bonus, nice dmg output, and u cant care less about weap con.

Most dia mobs in DF are vulnerable to cold, I know Hulks are. Some lower level DF mobs are neutral tho (mars, etc) but I have yet to encounter any who are resistant to cold - as others have pointed out too.
