Hello all, long time no speak as i'm sure you're not aware,

well my music collection is too slow for being in the gym apparently and we need some songs that inspire motivation...

apparently The Beach Boys doesn't inspire one to bench their highest one rep max.....

So..... I am here to appeal to you merry bunch, what songs give you the ultimate power to push yourself far and above what your body allows?

Thanks

Morph!

Do you know the original Renegate Master - by Wildchild - not the remix by FatBaldSlim ?

well ive always done electro/house but other day i tried some power metal and that suprisingly i found a lot more motivating and as the songs are generally longer time was flying and i was off in my own world not even noticing exhaustion :p

Since I've been diagnosed (sp?) with a lumbar disk hernia Im forced to listen Enya and that kind of ethnic, relaxing, chillout shit in my Pilates sessions.

Prob is that im worrying about me starting to like it :( (runs to do manly stuff)
