Best DirectX drivers

I have a TNT2 Ultra (PIII 500), and I use the nvidia drivers, but in UT I can't pass (normally) of the 30 FPS.
Are their any drivers wich could improve my FPS performance?

nVidia drivers are usually the best but u seem to be getting very low fps there so I'd guess that video drivers aren't the issue. I used to have a Xentor32 TNT2u with P3-450@504 and I'm sure my fps was much higher. Perhaps some other info may be relevant ?

What type of motherboard are u using ? If it's based on a VIA chipset then ensuring you have the correct 4in1 drivers rather than the ones Win98/95 give u is essential. Frame rates are AWFUL otherwise.

Apart from that, what settings u use in UT may be important. How about resolution, texture detail, 3D sound etc... Remember that 32bit colour is pretty crappy in UT too.

Any other info might help someone come up with the solution

My motherboard is Asustek P3BF
resolution 800x600,16 bits,medium details.
128 RAM.

P3B-F is based on Intel BX chipset so it's not that then although I would recommend updating your BIOS to the latest version.

Click the BIOS tab on there

Anyway, it's late but I'll try to think of something else if that doesn't help tomorrow
