i like the Arcanium Golden Runed Defender but Brimstone Shield of Oblivion also looks nice since all the stats are some you can use (on both shields)

"Best" of any item doesn't exist unless it has an irreplacable charge (Tart's gift).

Use whatever fits your template best...that doesn't mean highest imbue utility, but a shield that fits the slots it needs to etc.
