What should i buy, salvage and hinge to get the most money out of my diamond/saphire/emerald seals?

Diamond: 1h swords, 15 seals each, never can remember the name

Difference is a few coppers per seal, you might prefer the BPs instead if laziness is your thing - fewer items to salvage
