What is the best weapon for a 2H Slash Arms to use?

I have Battler on my Paladin, but have no idea if that can be activated as a 2H for an Arms? What about Malice? Or is there an ML drop or player crafted weapon that would be better?

Malice > Battler for the proc.

2h 5.9 spd mp celerity procc claymore off battler with 250 quick with theurg haste and you can swing it at around 1.6s or so if procc goes off for 1min...
