benefits for registering

one of the benefits of registering doesn't seem to be a benefit..

that is the subscibers only FTP service.

I can get free FTP downloads at 650 KB per sec.

Game.net's servers rarely get above 100 KB.

Not very good....

I do however like the free webspace and the bookable game time...

The UK direct-peered FTP is faster, but you need to be UK based and on one of the correct ISPs to benefit (most UK ISPs do gain the benefits).
