Belt with focus lvls....special?

I got this belt dropped:

Matterbound Girdle:

Hits 45
Cold 7%
Matter Magic: 50 lvls
Body Magic: 50 lvls

Is this belt special or am i wrong?

special because it does nothing.

afaik focus only works if it's ona staff.

Yep...mainly a novelty drop but focus does chuff all unless it is on a staff.

Mebbe you could sell it to a newbie who doesn't know any better?
