can only find some +2 all melee skills belt...

Spellbound Cobalt Belt (from the alurite merchants), Jilena's Belt (rare ML1.5 drop me thinks) and Braided Mausekhmet Belt (from Healers Embrace arte mob)....

If im not mistaken Fadrins melee belt (or something) has +3 all melee.
